England Day 03: Picking up the parents!

So for this day I went to pick up my parents! The day started off with a very nice english breakfast at a small pub down the street.
This is a picture of the pub, it's actually a pub/hotel/restaurant all in one. It's on the edge of the small town, to which I have forgotten the name of.
Here's the breakfast. Starting from 10 'o'clock on the plate, at the Grilled tomato, assorted mushrooms, ham, baked beans in tomato sauce, English Sausage, and bacon. The egg in the center is poached. If you notice, the bacon here is much thicker, and they don't cook it till it's crispy. It's soft and chewy, which I don't mind. The highlight was the sausage by far. It was amazing, fully of meat, juicy and not much salt or fat. Waaaaaaaay better than our breakfast sausages of fat which we get in Canada.
This was a Mini Cooper, I liked the decals on it that I had to take a picture of it.
Walking by an Aston Martin dealership.
Here's my dad at speakers corner. Every weekend they open it up for anyone who wants to say what's on their mind.
This was dessert from a department store. It was called a cholocate delight. It was really really nice and rich! It was almost like a heavy mousse on the inside, covered with a chocolate syrup, sitting on a chocolate cake. It was absolutely define (chocolate lovers be jealous). The great thing was that the chocolate was very smooth and flavourful. It was the darker type, which is tastey.
Here's the entrance into the China town (we just had to visit), and it was also for dad to show us and tell us what it was like when he studied in England.
This lady here helping my parents is an information officer. She knows the ins and outs of London. Which came into great help when we were looking for a meal. They're on almost every city block in down town london.
This here was the appetizer for our dinner. Which was at restaurant that I forgot the name to. The dish was assorted mushrooms with polenta (the yellow thing). Very good, and the cream sauce really added some  body to the dish.
This was dad's meal. A nice and simple spaghetti.
Here was my dish, a oregano, zucchini and shrimp risotto.
And here's mom's Chicken and thyme risotto. The risottos were really great, because they used fresh herbs. You can really taste the difference because its more prevalent and flavourful.
Here's a random M&M store at Leicester Square. It was very touristy.
Aaaaaaand I missed this premier of Real Steal, which was packing up when I got there!
Yep, so I missed Hugh Jackman by half an hour~ish.
I had to take a picture of this bag of Ostrich jerky. I was really tempted to buy it, but twas so expensive for such a small amount.
Here's a delicious fresh pound cake.
With some chocolate cream!

Here's the chocolate creme dispenser. The picture was juuuust a bit creepy.

if you decal your car like that (or paint it, then i won't fob-pimp-your-ride... but only then... until then live in fear of the pink hello kitty bow...)
